Overview:
Contract Project Engineer & Mechanical Design Engineering. Lengthening a special purpose food processing machine for dual functionality to process a second product.
A global brand of confctionery products.
Worked with:
Wrapping machine modification which comprised site survey, detail design and drawing pack, and:-
Project Management duties including:-

Conveying work quote costs to client, creating site assembly instructions, logic diagrams for control of machine events, liaising and bid analysis of supplier’s quotes, placing orders and expediting them.
Fully responsible for the concept, detail design & manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD R12. Responsible for two colleagues, and Project completed within the deadline and budget.
A similar size and layout machine to the Wrapping Machine. (No images exist of the actual machine.)
Ingredients deliveries: Sugar, cocoa powder, etc.
